When people build their own websites via do-it-yourself services like WIX or Squarespace, eight times out of ten, they forget to replace the default social media links with their own.
So, you click on the icon and go to WIX’s Facebook page. Or the SquareSpace Instagram page. This is not helpful for your potential client/customer. And it makes you look pretty careless.
