Note: For all Partner Programs to take effect, Devine Design requires that we have your valid credit card on file.
1) We apply charges to your credit card on file for the amount due on the Partner Program invoice.
2) DevineDesign requires that the you, our customer, pay the invoice by the due date to continue receiving the Partner agreement services.
3) If customer fails to pay Partner Program package fee invoices within 30 days of the Payment terms/date, a 10% interest fee will be applied to the invoice for each month (30 days) the invoice is unpaid.

This Partner Program agreement may be terminated by you, our customer, under the following conditions:
1) 30 days prior to the end of a billing period, customer must contact Devine Design by phone 845-783-9291 or email info@devinedesign.com and request termination of a Partner agreement.
2) Devine Design will acknowledge this and we will then send a link to our Partner Program Termination form to end the Partner services.
3) When we receive the Termination form from the customer, we will send confirmation that the agreement is terminated.
4) Credit cards/expiry dates must be kept valid.
5) All previous invoices for services must be paid to Devine Design to terminate the Partner Program package agreement and stop billing for the next period. Devine Design may pursue legal remedies/collection services to collect amount owed for unpaid invoices.

This Partner Program package agreement may be terminated by Devine Design under the following conditions:
1) Customer has failed to pay invoices as specified under Payment Terms of the Partner Program.
2) Customer insists that work outside of the scope of the agreement be performed as part of this agreement. Any new services requested outside of the Partner Program package agreement will not be performed as part of this agreement and its fees, and will be billed separately.
